PORTRAITURE:

I have looked at simple make-up to start with just to show that many Indian women do not like to always wear heavy make-up. I created this reply as a contrast to my researched image because it shows how Indian culture in the UK is not taken as seriously as the Indian culture in India. I used the flash on the Nikon D90 instead of using lighting because the colour of her suit was already giving the image a warm look. The ISO was on 800, aperture was F11 and shutter speed was 250. There are also elements of jewellery and clothing in the image which is similar to my researched image. I would change the angle of this image and do more of a close up and a higher angle so the details of the face was more clear.
