BRIDAL HENNA DAY:

This is a close up shot of henna on the bride’s hand. This image is also taken by Nicole Chan at the bride’s henna day. On this day, the bride wears henna on her hands, arms and feet. This is a tradition to wear before the wedding day which symbolically implies as part of getting the bride ready before her big day. This particular image inspired me because the photographer has taken the picture so close to the hand so they can capture every detail in the image. I like the use of depth of field in her work which would help me develop my response to this image.
