DEPTH OF FIELD:
I used Indian traditional bangles to demonstrate the depth of field in an image. In some of the images (with the black backdrop) I have used a modelling light and directly pointed it to the subject of the image. I feel that these outcomes was most strongest in the concept of depth of field because it clearly showed the intention of the photograph which was to use depth of field as an element in jewellery photography. All the images have one thing in common which is that there is at least one bangle that is in focus and it is the centre point of the photograph. The use of composition is also used in my work as it is using the rule of thirds in each image. I would improve my image by having an edited element using Photoshop to either change the background or make the bangles stand out a bit more.
